We ship via USPO Priority Mail or UPS within the United States.
Shipping charges are based on actual costs.
A minimum charge of $4.50 will be added for handling.
All other Countries are shipped via Airmail freight at actual cost plus a $7.00 minimum for handling.
If you have special shipping requests please state in comments section when ordering.
Every attempt will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. The exception would be if Shirley were out of town or teaching a seminar.
Monies Accepted
All payments must be made in US funds.
When you click on the 'Submit' button or 'Register Now' button, Shirley will be notified of your order or seminar registration.
Payments may be made by check, money order or PayPal.
Shirley is using PayPal at this time. If you do not have a PayPal account you may open one by going onto www.paypal.com. Establishing an account is free!
Any Shipping Charges, if required, will be noted in the invoice.
If paying by check orders will be held for 10 business days until the check has cleared the bank, and then your order will be shipped.
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported immediately. A determination will be made as to whether they may be returned for replacement or credit.
Returns
No returns accepted or refunds given for books, packets, videos, online classes or painting surfaces.
